Ruling delayed on Zim election date, News24 (2013)

In this article, Zimbabwe's top court postpones a hearing that would consider calls to delay the general elections. President Robert Mugabe asked the constitutional court to push back the date by two weeks while Prime Minister, Morgan Tsvangirai petitioned the court for a longer delay.
