Special SADC summit on Zim poll funding, News24 (2013)

In this article, President Robert Mugabe briefed his supporters upon his return from Addis Ababa that Southern African Development Community (SADC) is to convene a special summit on Zimbabwe to co-ordinate efforts to mobilise resources to finance the Zimbabwe's upcoming elections.
