Zimbabwe: Unofficial poll result announcers face jail, The Herald (2011)

Everyone making unofficial announcement of election results in Zimbabwe will face jail term or a fine. Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) is the sole body mandated to run and announce poll results countrywide.
