Zimbabwe: Violence set to flare up as elections loom, The Independent (2010)

This article report on the general political environment surrounding the upcoming elections in Zimbabwe. President Mugabe announced that the polls will likely be held in 2011, and many believe that the political environment is too polarized. Most people fear that the elections will be marred by violence, just like the June 2008 presidential run-off.
