تعليقات a) At least 25 years old; h) To Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or any degree recognized as equivalent; j) Be of good character and not commonly known as one who violates Islamic injunctions. Have adequate knowledge of Islamic teachings and practice obligatory duties prescribed by Islam as well as abstain from major sins. Be sagacious, righteous and non-profligate and honest. The non-Muslim candidates have been exempted from possessing the two first qualifications listed but they must bear good moral reputation.
