Article 24. Funding of organisation and holding of elections
1. The funding of expenditures for organising and holding elections (including drawing up lists
of electors, organising professional courses for holding elections), as well as of expenditures
necessary for the activities of electoral commissions shall be made at the expense of the funds
of the State Budget. Such expenditures shall be provided for by the State Budget under a
separate item and shall be incorporated under one line in the Public Procurement Plan for state
needs.
When making procurement at the expense of financial means allocated for organising and
holding elections, the procurement procedure shall be prescribed by the Central Electoral
Commission

Article 95: The Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan is competent to determine the following matters: the ratification of the State fiscal budget on the proposal of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and exercising control over its use;
Article 89.1: Expenditures made in the preparation and conduct of elections/referendum (hereafter referred to as elections), and the activities of election commissions during their term of office, shall be paid from the state budget. The Government prepares the draft budget, including the state revenues and expenses, and presents it to the Chamber of Deputies and the Consultative Council at least two months prior to the end of the fiscal year. Following the submission of the draft budget, the financial committees of either Chamber shall meet in a joint session to discuss the draft budget with the Government, following which each committee submits a separate report to its Chamber. The draft budget is presented to the Chamber of Deputies for discussion and then submitted to the Consultative Council for review in accordance with the constitution, and amendments to the draft budget are possible in agreement with the Government.

The Supreme Electoral Tribunal develops its own budget plan which is subject to approval by the legislature (Chamber of Deputies).
Article 376:
The budget proposal for the Electoral Justice shall be prepared annually by the Superior Court, in accordance with the partial proposals submitted by the regional courts and within the prevailing legal norms.
Sole Paragraph. Requests for additional credits necessary for the proper functioning of electoral services during the fiscal year shall be forwarded quarterly to the Chamber of Deputies through the Superior Court.

Elections Cameroon has an annual budget and a special budget for each election. The budget is drafted by the Director General of Elections and approved by the Electoral Council. Costs incurred by the election administration of Georgia for preparation and conduct of elections/referendum, as well as its activities carried out within the term of its authority shall be financed from the state budget of Georgia.
The CEC shall, on an annual basis, submit to the Parliament of Georgia a next year budget estimates for the election administration of Georgia, based on which the next year budgetary funding shall be defined.
The CEC shall submit to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia a plan of funding for preparation and conduct of elections/referendum, no later than 55 days prior to the polling. The Ministry of Finance of Georgia, in accordance with the submitted plan, no later than 50 days prior to the polling, shall deposit to the CEC account the funds allocated for elections/referendum from the state budget of Georgia.
The election administration of Georgia, represented by the CEC, shall be entitled to receive a grant from individuals duly authorized by law. The grant shall be utilized in compliance with the agreement concluded between the CEC and the authorized person.

A. The Commission shall have an independent budget to be approved by the Board and shall be submitted to the Prime Minister to be included in a separate chapter under the Budgets of Government Units Law wherein required funds shall be allocated for the commission’s functioning and to enable it to fulfil its obligations.

allocated for such purposes by the law of the subject of the Russian Federation on the budget of the subject of

Article 13(6): The total expenditure incurred in any financial year by the Commission in performing their functions under subsection (1) (whether by making grants or otherwise) shall not exceed such sum as is for the time being specified for the purposes of this subsection by an order made by the Secretary of State with the consent of the Treasury.
13(8) Subsection (6) shall not apply to the expenditure incurred by the Commission in performing their functions exercisable [in relation to local government elections in Scotland];
13(12) Subsection (6) shall not apply to the expenditure incurred by the Commission to the extent that it is, or is to be, met under [paragraph 16A of Schedule 1 to this Act or] paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Government of Wales Act 2006.]

The electoral authority prepares independently its annual draft budget and submits it to the National Executive for incorporation, without modification, to the respective Budget Bill which is submitted to the National Assembly for consideration. The Government shall put at the disposal of the Supreme Committee all the means and equipment to enable it to fully undertake its duties. The Supreme Committee shall have a special annual budget. The proposed budget shall be presented first to the Cabinet and endorsed by the Parliament. All financial allocations appertaining to the Supreme Committee shall be incorporated as one item into the State budget to be dispensed with under supervision of the said Committee. The Supreme Committee shall submit to the Cabinet on annual basis a proposed budget in accordance with established rules and regulations governing similar organizations enjoying administrative and financial independence.

13. (1) The funds of the Commission shall consist of such moneys as may-
(a)be appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Commission;
(b be paid to the Commission by way of grants or donations; and
(c)vest in or accrue to the Commission.
(2) The Commission may-
(a) subject to the approval of the President, accept moneys by way of grants or
donations from any source; and
(b) subject to the approval of the President, raise by way of loans or otherwise,
such moneys as it may require for the discharge of its functions.
