The elections are organized by the Executive Brunch (Dirección Nacional Electoral- National Electoral Direction) but controlled and watched over by an independent organ (Cámara Nacional Electoral – Electoral National Chamber).
The CNE (Electoral National Chamber) is part of electoral national justice and is composed by 24 federal courts of First instance with competition in each one of the electoral districts of the country (23 provinces and City of Buenos Aires).
