Richard W. Soudriette
Richard W. Soudriette, currently serves as President of the Center for Diplomacy and Democracy. Previously he served from 1988 to 2007, as the founding President of the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES). He over saw the growth of IFES into one of the premier providers of international election assistance. He also was one of the founders of the ACE Project in 1997. He currently works as a consultant and lecturer on issues involved electoral administration, democratic development and public diplomacy. He also is the author of numerous articles and publications on international election administration. Currently he serves on the ACEEEO Advisory Board and is the Chairman of the ACEEEO Advisory Committee related to the UNDEF funded project on voter registration.
