Lech Bartosz

Bartek Lech is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations of the Warsaw University. In 2006 he joined the European Parliament, where he was responsible for reporting on electoral processes in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In 2010 he obtained the Advanced Diploma on Effective Electoral Assistance. In 2011 he worked as an Election Analyst Assistant in the OSCE/ODIHR Election Assessment Mission for the Polish parliamentary elections. Within last years he participated in election observation missions to Uganda, Ivory Coast, Algeria, Egypt, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Georgia and Turkey. Lately he worked as a Core Team member and Election Analyst in election observation missions in Madagascar, Bulgaria and Guyana.
