Jeannette Bolenga
Jeannette is Fellow in Electoral Studies at the Pacific Institute of Advanced Studies in Development and Governance, the University of the South Pacific in Suva, Fiji. She graduated with a BA in Administration and History/Politics in 1985 from USP and a MA in Development Administration from the National Centre for Development Studies (NCDS).Was former Principal Electoral Officer for Vanuatu from 1997-2003 with responsibilities for the surpervision and conduct of parliamentary, provincial and local government council elections.
