Martinho Chachiua, Mozambican, currently Manager of EISA’s Elections and Political Processes Department. Holding a Masters degree in international studies from Birmingham University in the UK. Worked with the UN mission in Angola as Special Assistant to the Representative of the Secretary General of the UN. Worked as a researcher at Institute for Security Studies. Extensive election observation experience. Have done a lot of training for Election observers, Civil society organisations, election staff and party agents on various election related topics.
