Joram Rukambe

Currently Programme Manager for the Africa Programme of International IDEA. Previously Director of Elections and Chief Electoral Officer in Namibia (1999 - 2003), and has worked as resource person and consultant to several SADC electoral management bodies, and participated in election observation and assessment missions mainly in Africa. Hold MA in Media and Cultural Studies (University of Natal) and curretly completing LLM with University of Namibia.
