Respuestas Everyone who under law has the right to vote is enlisted in a permanent voter list in municipality in the territory of which he/she has permanent residence. Act On Elections to the National Council: 6(1) A citizen of the Slovak Republic who has permanent residence in the country and who has the right to vote shall be registered in a permanent register pursuant to his or her place of permanent residence. An elector may be registered in only one permanent register.
