Respuestas Elections Act, Art. 35: "Recount" (1) A candidate or the counting agent of a candidate may, if present at the counting of ballot papers, require the Electoral Officer or the Designated Electoral Officer, as the case may be, to have the vote recounted once. (2) The Electoral Officer or the Designated Electoral Officer, as the case may be, may, on his own motion, recount the ballot papers.
