The President is elected by popular vote to serve a 5-year term. In the National Assembly (Assemblee Nationale), 25 members are elected by popular vote to serve 5-year terms and 9 members are allocated through a party-list proportional representation system to serve 5-year terms.

We have been lobbying all the politicians and government in Seychelles for the past 21 years after the implimetatin of that SIROP etc combined exile return prgram, that the Sechelles Seychelles Communities in EU and around the world with Seychelles passport to be allowed to vote in Presidential, National referendum and National election
