DRC Constitution (French)

In the effect to realize the political will so expressed by the participants in the interCongolese Dialogue, the Senate, stemming from the Global and including Agreement, deposited, according to the article 104 of the Constitution of the transition, a draft of the new Constitution in the National Assembly which adopted it in the form of project of Constitution subjected to the popular referendum.
