تعليقات The Plurinational Electoral Body is a public authority of the State and has constitutional status equal to that of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities. It is related to these organs based on the principles of independence, separation, coordination and cooperation. The electoral authority has functional autonomy from other state bodies. It does not receive instructions from other public authorities nor is it influenced by any other authority.
