تعليقات The qualifications to be member of the Supreme Electoral Council are: 1) Nicaraguan citizenship. 2) Have full exercise of their civil and political rights. 3) Be at least 30 and no more than 75 years old the day of the election. 4) Have resided in the country continuously for the four years prior to their election, unless during that period they were on diplomatic missions, working with international organizations or studying abroad.
