تعليقات The members of the National Electoral Council must meet the following requirements: 1) Be of Venezuelan nationality for at least 15 years, be at least 30 years old and enjoy all their civil and political rights; 2) Hold a university degree and have at least 10 years of professional experience after having obtained the degree, preferably in the field of elections; 3) They must not be affiliated to any political organisation; 4) Have not been convicted for a crime during the last 20 years; 5) They must not have any family links with the President or the candidates.
