Alban BiaussatAlban has about 17 years of experience in democratisation, elections, political analysis, policy dialogue and coordination, as well as in advocacy and communication. He worked in Eastern Europe, CIS countries, the Middle East and Africa for the EC, UNDP and the WB. He notably spent over 5 years based in Jerusalem for the EU, reporting on political developments in Palestine, managing the governance portfolio and coordinating donors' positions on reform and elections. Generally speaking, he has significant experience in electoral assistance projects design, formulation, management, and in developing video evaluation methodologies. Alban has been working as a senior electoral expert on a variety of AT & observation missions. Alban holds three masters degrees in business studies, in international relations and in visual communication. |
