Manuel Filon MorarI am a career diplomat, yet I take leaves and engage in international missions with UN and EU. I've been in field missions in Iraq, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Guyana, Sudan and Algeria. Currently I am Head of Regional office with the UN Electoral Support Team in Libya. I have a PhD in political Science and I taught Comparative Electoral Systems and Transition to Democracy at the University of Bucharest. I have been working in the electoral field mainly in providing technical assistance. |
