Sharon NdlovuSharon has more than 15 years’ experience working in development work, working with Non-Governmental Organizations, Regional Economic Communities and the African Union Commission on program development and management (planning, budgeting, implementing, research, lobby and advocacy, monitoring and evaluation); media training and capacity building; democratization, governance and human security (elections management and technical support). Sharon is currently a Consultant for the African Union Commission, engaged as Principal Officer in the newly created Political Analysis Cell within the Department of Political Affairs. Responsible for leading in the operationalization of the Cell, aimed at providing in depth and comprehensive political analysis for election countries and countries at risk of unconstitutional changes of government in Africa. |
