تعليقات Any legally established political party willing to participate in elections can submit an application. The parties are not required to nominate candidates in all constituencies. No later than seventy days before the election, a deposit of 50,000 francs per list must be paid to the Treasury by each political party that has nominated candidates. In case the party list obtains at least 10% of the votes cast, this deposit is refunded within fifteen days after the proclamation of the final results.
