تعليقات Article 32: The State grants legally constituted political parties annual support to help cover their management fees according to the following rules: a) a fixed annual allocation that is to be distributed equally among all political parties; b) political parties having obtained at least 3% without reaching 5% of the number of votes cast during the general legislative elections benefit from an additional amount equal to the aforementioned fixed allocation... c) annual support is granted to political parties having obtained at least 5% of the votes cast during the elections referred to above. The amount of this annual support is distrubuted on the basis of the seats and votes obtained by each political party during these elections.
