تعليقات "...[E]very person registered as an elector of any constituency, but no other person, is qualified to be a candidate and to be elected a member for that or any other constituency." Qualification for registration includes New Zealand citizenship or Niue permanent residence, having lived in Niue continuously for three years at some point, and being ordinarily resident in Niue for the 12 months before the election.
