In the last Constituent Assembly (CA) Election – 2008 in Nepal I worked as a coordinator of the election observation mission of the ever-largest observation group and also locally coordinated some international teams of British and ANFREL missions in the CA election in Nepal. Till the date I am coordinating National Election Monitoring Alliance (NEMA) in Nepal. I have coordinated a study team to reform electoral system and political parity strategies in elections. This study report presented to the Election Commission, Political Parties, Constituent Assembly and the Government in Nepal. I expect this study will be a landmark in democratization of the country.
