I am a female currently working with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission - IEBC (Kenya). I have been in the EMB for 7 years now as an election coordinator/manager. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in International Election Observation and Electoral Assistance from the University of the Basque Country (Spain), Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kenyatta University (Kenya), Bachelors degree(Education, arts)from University of Nairobi(Kenya) Diploma in Human Resources Management and an ordinary certificate in Project Management. I have 3 years experience as an associate Consultant in facilitating Management courses with CORAT Africa. I have worked as an educationist and Education Manager within the government of Kenya in various capacities. I am confident, honest, a team player, respect diversity, open to new ideas and likes meeting people. I do not shy away from being corrected or correcting a member of our team.
