Graduate in Geography and Economics and Post Graduate in Public Sector Management spiced with several professional trainings including BRIDGE. I am an Electoral Officer with reinforced competencies in administration and management of cartographic aspects of boundary delimitation; research; voter education,training and capacity building backed by proficient skills in microsoft excel,word and powerpoint software applications. With more than seven years of continuous dedicated service,i have acquired insight into operations, observations, electoral assistance, capacity building and other institutional support systems of electoral management and administration in my country and emerging democracies especially those that are conflict ridden. Am presently serving the National Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone as a Electoral Officer assisting the Chief of Unit of Voter Education, Training and Capacity Building, Gender and Disabilities at the National Headquarter. My duties include drafting of related concept papers,programmes and budgets; needs assessment, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; and reporting on the activities countrywide. I also work with consultants assigned to the department by providing necessary background information on patinent issues.
