ELDER ATA OKON EWA WAS BORN ON THE 27/09/1958. I AM A GRADUATE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR AND HOLDS A POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN ELECTION ADMINISTRATION FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN. JOINED THE INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION 1989 AND HAS RISEN TO THE POSITION OF A DEPUTY DIRECTOR. HAS WORKED AS AN ELECTORAL OFFICER IN VARIOUS LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS IN THE COUNTRY,HAVE ATTENDENDED VARIOUS TRAINING WORKSHOPS BOTH IN-HOUSE AND THOSE ORGANISED BY IFES AND UNDP. CURRENTLY THE HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION AND PROCUREMENT IN ANAMBRA STATE OF NIGERIA.
