Pamela Mapondera

I am a lady aged 51, married with 5 children and 3 grand children. I hold an MBA in Information Management from the Unoversity of Hull, United Kingdom. I have extensive experience in training, information and communication technology and over 5 years experience in election management. Currently, I am the Director of ICT, with the Zimbabwe Electoral Commisssion (ZEC). My main reponsibilities among others include, formulation and implementation of ICT policies, strategies and programmes, oversees development and provision of ICT related decision support systems, heading, directing, managing and supervising the departmental staff in the provision and implementation of ICT related services to ZEC.
