I am a semi retired lawyer with over 25 years experience in indigenous peoples’ rights law, criminal rights law, and gender equality issues. Since 2014 I have worked in election management and administration at national, provincial and municipal levels of government, all of which operate under seperate legal and procedural frameworks. I am on the International Elections Observer Roster for the EU, OSCE/ODIHR, and CANADEM, and the UN electoral assistance roster.
