Gabrielle BardallGabrielle Bardall is a consultant and a doctoral candidate at the Université de Montréal where she researches democratization and electoral violence. She was previously a Research Officer with IFES’ F. Clifton White Center for Applied Research, where she focused on election violence, civic engagement and election administration. She served as IFES' coordinator for the ACE Electoral Knowledge Network and the BRIDGE Project in 2009-2010. Gabrielle joined IFES in 2005 and worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi and Guinea before joining the Applied Research Center in December 2008. Before joining IFES, Gabrielle worked with local non-profit projects in West Africa and Latin America on civic participation issues. She holds a BA from McGill University in Montreal and a MA from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. |
