Gregory Minjack

Gregory Minjack began his international elections and political processes work in 1992 when he opened the National Democratic Institute’s first residential program office in Russia. Minjack has since built an international practice that has included campaign and communications consulting for political parties and civic groups in the former Soviet Union, the Balkans, and South Asia. He has been an election observer in Afghanistan, Albania, Bosnia, Georgia, Russia, Sudan, Ukraine, and Pakistan. In 2009, Minjack joined the U.S. Agency for International Development’s newly formed Office of Civilian Response as an active member of the Civilian Response Corps. At USAID, Minjack specializes in elections and political processes in reconstruction and stabilization environments. He is currently on administrative leave from USAID to participate as a core team member of Democracy International’s election observation mission in Afghanistan.
