Adiza Lamien Ouando

Adiza Lamien Ouando defines herself as an African Woman even if she is a Burkina Faso Citizen. As Civil Service Administrator, and Evaluator of development Projects and Programs, Capacity building of Civil Society organizations, local governments and women organizations capacity has been an important part of her activities: leadership, Gender awareness, communication, networking, voter education and in citizen participation in political processes and policy design, implementation and evaluation. As a Professional Evaluator she led or have been part of Evaluation teams covering, governance, women political participation, human rights, Child protection, Food Security while giving support to institutions to build internal evaluation system. Capacity building From 1996 to 2001, she has given well appreciated support to the National Decentralization Commission in Burkina Faso, to enhance women political participation at decentralized and national level. She believes in governance and political system nourished by African positive cultures and promoted through the use of African Languages where women play an important role Adiza speaks Lélé, Mooré, Bambara, French, English and Spanish (basic)
