Priscilla Mulenga Isaac

Graduate in Psychology (major) and Public Administration (minor) and also a graduate in Law. Both degrees obtained from the University of Zambia. Currently studying for a MSc in Strategic Planning with Heriott Watt University, UK. Director (CEO) of the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) since April 2011. Joined the ECZ in August 2000 as Public Relations Officer and promoted to Deputy Director Elections and Voter Education in August 2002. As Director I am the administrative head and responsible for the operations of the ECZ which include the conduct of elections, voter registration, delimitation, voter education and conflict management. Have participated in several regional and international election observer missions.
