A Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Makerere University - Electoral Specialist with eleven years experience of election management and referenda at senior level. - Served as a consultant with IFES in Afghanistan (2005) advising the complaints commissions. - UN volunteer, Training and Civil Affairs officer UNRED/UNMIS, responsible for training of trainers at the state and counties. - Participated in the global thematic workshop for information technology and elections management, informed decision for sustainable outcome (Mombasa Kenya 2012). - Research assistant with Islamic Medical Association of Uganda (IMAU), educating and assessing the community’s awareness of aids. -Possession of banking experience in handling finances, ledgers and customer service. - Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills, problem resolution abilities, and a high level of confidentiality. |
