George Ngugi Gathuka

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with an extensive experience in the administration and access to justice with a distinguished history, working professionally with distinguished private and Government legal institutions. Participating in the review and development of various laws such as Elections Act, 2011 and Political Parties Act, 2011 in the spirit of supporting the new constitutional dispensations in Kenya and Constitutional Implementation process. Greatly involved in conducting research and widely consulting in the areas of democracy and Governance, electoral laws, legal education, policy and rule of law. Participated in the review and development of some laws in the spirit of supporting the Kenyan Constitutional Implementation process and GJLOS programme while working with the Kenya Law Reform Commission.
