Ammar Al-Dwaik

Ammar Dwaik is the former Chief Electoral Officer of the Palestinian Central Elections Commission (CEC)from 2004-2006. Dwaik Led the CEC executive body during the presidential elections of 2005 and the legislative elections of 2006. Dwaik is also professional in legal drafting. He drafted and co-drafted many laws, draft laws, and by-laws, including the Palestinian Local Elections Law. Ammar has holds a masters in law and he is currently aPhD student in public policy at Brandeis University in the USA.
