Simon Osborn

Simon Osborn has worked in the field of elections and democratisation for the last eighteen years, initialy looking at electoral systems, later as an election observer with the OSCE/ODIHR and over tha last ten years as a technical advisor and programme manager for larger scale electoral and democratisation assistance. After years working in many different countries across the globe I have finally settled in East Africa working with colleagues in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Rwanda, Zambia and Malawi.
