Jack ZabaJack Zaba works as a Programmes Manager for a civic society organization in Zimbabwe known as the Election Resource Centre (ERC). I am a holder of a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Politics and Administration from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Masters Degree in International Relations with the same institution. I have over 14 years experience working on voter education, voter registration awareness,election monitoring, parallel vote tabulation, conflict transformation, democracy education, media and election research in Zimbabwe. I also have international election monitoring experience having had observed elections in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Zambia. I have also coordinated domestic observation efforts for the Zimbabwe Election Support Network. Was part of a team that conducted a successful PVT for Zimbabwe`s 2008 Presidential elections. I have deep interest in contributing to the development of functional electoral democracies in Africa. |
