Daniel Finn

Dr Daniel Finn is a consultant on international law and public affairs, mainly democratic governance and environment. His most recent clients include the Carter Center, OSCE and OSCE/ODIHR, UNDPA/EAD and UNDP, USAID and its partners, and AusAID. Lately Dr Finn has focused mainly on elections, especially in transitional States and emerging democracies in Central/Eastern Europe, Eurasia, South/East Asia, sub-Saharan Africa and Oceania. He has also conducted conflict resolution studies, as well as human rights and environmental projects. Daniel Finn served as senior lawyer with US Congressional committees on international relations, development and security. He is a professional attorney, and also worked for US federal and state governments.
