I am Khalid Waheed working as Regional Election Commissioner under Election Commission Of Pakistan. I did my Master's in Political Science from university of Peshawar,Pakistan.I work as Registration officer for the purpose of preparing/updating Voter's lists and as District Returning/ReturningOfficer for the purpose of recieving nominations and finalizing contestants and also conducting Elections.I have attained expertise on Voter's Registration/education,Trainings,conductiong workshops/seminars,co ordination,Human resource developments,administration,communications,motivation,conducting elections at all levels,participating in discussions and other democratic/electoral and governance fields. Now I am working as Project Officer Political Finance and Election Disputes Resolution in IFES Pakistan.
