Phd in Political Science from Pantheon Assas University. DEA in Political Science from Pantheon Sorbonne University. DEA in Political Sociology from Nanterre University. Diplôme de l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. DEUG in Law from the Law Faculty of Paris. Director and professor of post-graduate degree in elections of Pantheon Assas University at the IPAG. He has published sixteen books or articles among which "Géopolitique de la démocratie. Constats et enjeux" (Studyama 2008) and "Le système électoral et son effet sur la représentation parlementaire des partis: le cas européen" (LGDJ -2002)are the latest published and "Proportional Europe: a case of good governance ?" the last written. He has been involved since 1990 in 120 missions in the election arena, such as fact-finding, mediation, assistance, training, observation, election law drafting or commentaries.
