My first electoral mission was in 1989 and since 1996 I’ve spent on average six months a year on election missions (more than 30)in different positions mainly in Africa and the Balkans: STO, LTO, International Trainer, Deputy Senior Election Officer, Field Operations Director, Count Director, Election Expert and Legal Expert, working for UN, OSCE/ODIHR, European Union and Council of Europe. |
