Julius CHOH MBUH

Born in the North-West Region of Cameroon. Holds a Bachelors (Licence) in Laws and Political Sciences.Joined Elections Cameroon (ELECAM), the Electoral Commission of Cameroon in 2009 as Senior Support Staff in the Cabinet (Office) of the President (Chairman) of the EMB.Serve as Administrative Assistant (PA/Chief of Cabinet) of the Chairman from April 2010 to April 2017. Served briefly, i.e., from May 2017 to July 2018 as Chief of Bureau in charge of electoral Operations in the Divisional Branch Office for Ngoketunjia in the North-West Region. Since 2018, Senior Election officer in the Unit in charge of the Organization and Followup of Electoral and Referendum Operations at the Directorate General Of Elections. Has participated in so many capacity building workshops and Certificate Programs in the domains of Democracy, elections and Human Rights, including four BRIDGE (Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections) Modular workshops, the Commonwealth Junior Election Professionals Initiative Pilot Event, the Management of Democratic Elections in Africa (MDEA) Certificate Programme, EC-UNDP Task Force on Electoral Assistance, etc. BRIDGE Workshop Facilitator since 2014. Participated on Afican union as well as Elections Cameroon Observation Missions. Consultant with many CSOs in Cameroon.
