PhD Candidate (IRD). Holds MA- International Relations and Diplomacy ie IRD (Nkumba Univ.); BBA- Acct (Bugema Univ.); CPA/ATC (KASNEB). A holder of a Certificate on Effective Electoral Assistance by International IDEA in collaboration with EC-UNDP. Has worked with IEBC as Data Assistant/ Delimitation Rapporteur (2012) Nyakach Constituency, IIEC (Interim Independent Electoral Commission) as a Deputy Registration/ Returning Officer (DRO)-2010 for the National Referendum and Nyakach by election; Served as Presiding Officer (PO) in Ndhiwa Constituency by election as Polling Staion PO, and also as a Tallying Centre PO in Mbita Constituency by-elections in Kenya; Has worked as a Principal/Deputy Principal/ Accountant/ & Lecturer of Elgonview College/ and served as Accountant in different organizations. Currently apart from being a Facillitator and Member of ACE Electoral Practitioners Network, Lectured Conflict Management & Risk Management at Mt. Kenya University (Eldoret). Currently lecturing 1. Politics of Economic Cooperation in Africa, 2. Political Systems of Developing Nations (Excl. Africa) at Moi University and Part Time Lecturer at Rongo University College. Interests: Authoring Articles for publication. One Book Published (Statism and Regionalism - Kenya's Experience) available online for ordering. Has written a Book on South Sudan reflection on Africa's Independence, ready for publication.In process of writing some Handbooks. Ready for call to give Electoral and Peace Trainings in any country. Currently Part Timing as a Research Consultant with Wimp Technologies. At the University,I was the President of the Students Union (The students' Government).
