Author of the book entitled” Political parties in Haiti and the democratization process” Published in Germany by Academic Editions European. Certify International law of Human Rights by the International Institute of Human Rights (IIDH) University of Strasbourg, France. He was holding the position of head of Human Rights in action for Voluntary and community and also in women in action. Participated in several conferences on Human Rights and democracy. He spokes too many thematic of the Haitian constitution through topics related to democracy and Human Rights. He as been a trainer of hundreds of citizens in International instruments on Human Rights. Participated in several seminars on Human Rights and democracy. He published several articles on election in Haiti and International scale. He speaked in several seminar on education to citizenship, especially the electoral education. He observed several electoral process in Haiti has both abroad. He was elected twice as a member of the communal section assemblies and the municipal assemblies. Organized several meetings exchanges on strengthening democracy and Human Rights. Broadcasting an impressive number of articles and broadcasts on democracy and Human Rights. Now I help the position of head of Human Rights within Movement for the Peasantry Open and Inclusive.
