Experience in developing election procedures and planning and implementing election operations including poll worker training, logistics, procurement of election equipment and supplies, voter registration; voter outreach and community relations. Election Observer in Albania (1997) and Kazakhstan (2012) with OSCE. Elected to two terms on Dane County Board of Supervisors, Dane County, Wisconsin, 1974 and 1976.
