تعليقات No association shall function as a political party unless the association meets the minimum registration requirements laid down by the Elections Commission. Requirements include the filing of the association's constitution, a detailed list of the names and addresses of the association and its offices, as well as being open t every citizen of Liberia; its headquarters being situated in the capital of the Republic. The emblem, name, objective... According to the NEC guidelines, associations must also pay a nonrefundable processing fee of One Thousand Eight Hundred United States Dollar (US$1,800.00) or its equivalent in Liberian Dollars to the Commission.

تعليقات As herein after provided, any citizen(s), political party, association or organization, being of Liberian nationality or origin, shall have the right to contribute to the funds and election expenses of any political party or candidate; such contribution shall be accompanied by filing with the commission such information as the source; the date of the remittance;the amount of such contribution and such other information necessary or required by the Commission. No corporate or business organization and labour union may contribute to the funds or the election expenses of any political party or any independent candidate, and any Contribution made in violation of this provision shall, by the Commission, be declared forfeited.
