Sudan: Briefing to International referendum Observers, Amnesty (2010)

Amnesty International calls on international referendum observers to include human rights monitoring as a key component of their brief. This brief includes the recommendations aiming to allow monitors to carry out an integrated monitoring of the referendum and human rights, in the lead up to the referendum on self-determination of southern Sudan, scheduled for 9 January 2011.
